i didn't understand what you're trying to do. are you trying to make your natural nail color brighter by using a transparant-like white nail laquer or trying to paint them absolutly white. not sure but think you ment the first one, you can use i slighty matte transparant like white one like i said so it may look naturally bright
paint them white and then maybe add a cute nail art sticker to them. it makes them look like they were done with polish instead of white out. also put a clear coat over it to make it more polished looking.
Trust me, you can tell when people use white out. It either looks TOO white or really lumpy. If you use nail polish it won't look the same, nail polish and white out have very different finishes.
