do you have a substance under you nail - it may smell unpleasant.
If so you may have a fungal infection. Go see a doctor, if he does suggest a fungus you have two choices, a quick fix using pharmaceutically produced medication (this may have a detrimental affect on your liver) or a more natural remedy using something like vinegar or Tea tree oil.
