it is the start of a fungal infection. You can treat this at home. Get some hydrogen peroxide and stick the infected foot into eat for at least 5 minutes every day, then rinse it off. If the infection does not go away in a few days then you will either want to take it to a vet or put it in a dry box and treat the foot with provodine-iodine solution. could be an infection that is just starting to fester and hasnt started with other symptoms yet. get him to the vet tho. things can get worse, very quickly
